Login Issues
Forgot Password
- Click Forgot password? on the login page.
- Enter your email address.
- Check your inbox for a password reset link (check spam/junk folders too).
- Click the link and set a new password.
Session Expired
For security, sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity. Simply log in again. Your unsaved work may be lost — use the offline queue feature for field work.
Can't Access Workspace
If you see "Workspace not found" or "Access denied":
- Verify you're using the correct workspace URL.
- Confirm your invitation email and that you've accepted it.
- Ask your workspace admin to verify your account is active.
Two Workspaces, One Email
If you belong to multiple workspaces, you'll see a workspace switcher after login. Make sure you're in the right workspace.
