Data Not Showing Up

What to do when records, test results, or other data seems to be missing from the interface.

Missing Data

Check Your Filters

The most common cause of "missing" data is an active filter. Look for active filter chips in the filter bar and click Clear All Filters to reset.

Module Not Enabled

If you don't see a module section (e.g., FOG), it may not be enabled for your workspace. Go to Settings → Subscription to check active modules.

Wrong Workspace

If you belong to multiple workspaces, ensure you're viewing the correct one. Use the workspace switcher in the top-left corner.

Recently Imported

Imports may take a few minutes to process. Check Import → History for the status of recent imports.

Permission Restrictions

Some data may be restricted based on your role. Viewers can see dashboards and reports but cannot see detailed records. Ask your admin if you need broader access.
