Public Spill Reporting
SmartComply provides a public-facing spill report form accessible at your workspace subdomain without requiring a login.

What Reporters Submit
- Reporter's name and contact info (optional for anonymous reports)
- Location of the spill (address or map pin)
- Description of what was observed
- Date and time of observation
- Photos (optional)
Rate Limiting
The form includes rate limiting to prevent abuse — no more than 5 submissions per IP address per hour.
What Happens Next
Submitted reports appear in your MS4 → Reports inbox. Depending on your configuration, they may automatically create an IDDE investigation or be held for staff review.
