Use of the service
You may use SmartComply only for lawful business, governmental, and compliance purposes. You are responsible for users you invite, data you submit, and configuration choices in your tenant.
Accounts and security
Keep credentials confidential, use accurate account information, and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. SmartComply may suspend access when needed to protect customers, the service, or the public.
Customer content
Customers retain their rights in records, documents, forms, and other content submitted to SmartComply. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, secure, and support that content.
Compliance features
SmartComply helps organize workflows, notices, reports, signatures, and audit trails, but customers remain responsible for final regulatory decisions, legal review, retention schedules, and submission accuracy.
Trials, billing, and changes
Paid features may be billed through our payment provider. We may update products, prices, and terms with appropriate notice. Continued use after changes means the updated terms apply.
